Watersides is a great community and very dog friendly with an own dog park and most importantly an own dog washing/grooming room. Never saw something lik ethis in this area.

The apartments are clean, convenient, and the move in process was super easy. The staff is friendly and they’re quick to help. The community is surrounded by everything you could possibly need and is tucked away from the business.

Very friendly and accommodating community. When small problems arise, maintenance is ready willing and able to help correct any issues. From Alex in the leasing office to Ralph and Steve in Maintenance, I have had an easy moving experience.

It’s so quiet and peaceful you would think no one lives here yet, but people are out walking or just enjoying the outdoors and yet it’s still quiet. The grounds are kept so clean and the communication from the office is incredible!

Staying at this apartment complex has been an exceptional experience! Nestled by the serene lake, our cottage-style apartment feels like a cozy retreat. Our dog adores the ample backyard space, perfect for playtime and relaxation. The maintenance team is outstanding, always quick to address any issues with professionalism and courtesy. The management team is equally impressive, ensuring our needs are met promptly. Without a doubt, this complex deserves a five-star rating!

I really like the location. The area is kept clean and the maintenance folks are friendly. The bungalow is much nicer than a normal apartment. I enjoy the light with all the windows and the fact that I have a small yard and back door.

My whole experience from start to finish was amazing! All of their emails were very informative and early enough for you to prepare for what is needed. Everyone always greeted you with a smile and was more than willing to help!

My move in was such a breeze! I went to the office, signed for my keys and was briefed on everything in my welcome packet. Got my gate fob and started unpacking the truck. Then it was so simple to remove all of my moving boxes in a great big area with a trash compactor and garbage bins. I got Spectrum to come the very first day and now I can play music! Wow!!!

Easy move in process with friendly staff. Love the yards and bright living space. The pool is lovely and the gym amenities are wonderful. Not to mention the coffee machine is awesome! Community is beautiful!

The Tides have been a dream come true. Everyone we dealt with and continue to deal with is absolutely wonderful. Emily, Em, Alex, Vinnie, Raphael. They are kind and attentive and are always working their hardest to make sure everyone is taken care of. From the home to the pool, the gym, and the grounds, everything is so well kept and meticulously thought about. I can’t thank The Tides enough for the home they have helped to provide!

Such an amazing complex! So beautiful and brand new. Great amenities. Maintenance is great and comes the next day you put in a request. The only complaint I have is there is a slight bug problem on the outside with spiders and gnats but it is close to a lake so it is expected. Luckily they have pest control come weekly for this. Otherwise, great apartment that is worth it!

Overall it has been a wonderful experience living here! The amenities are wonderful, and the neighborhood is maintained very well and is very friendly! Every interaction with maintenance and leasing has been great! The only downsides have been trash valet being a bit inconsistent and appliances aren't the best. With it being new development currently there have been a few hiccups here and there, but nothing major.

My roommate and I have absolutely loved living here. All of our neighbors have been so awesome and we have made many friends easily here. The fire pit and pool have quickly become our favorite amenities. The staff has been great and our maintenance is on top of it. They do fun little events here and it truly feels like home. The home has high ceilings and lots of storage.

This is so different from apartment living, the homes are sound proof, amenities are amazing, staff is down to earth,. Maintenance personal is there when you need them, which is rare,due do the construction and appreciation that was involved when the build was going on. This is what life is... Living the dream..

The staff here is unbelievable and super welcoming. They are super professional, helpful, Friendly, and efficient. 4 stars only because theres a horrible smell when you run the water - the remedy is to run all hot water faucets for 2 hours until the smell dissipates.

We just moved into The Tides and couldn’t be happier. Not only are the views amazing…the office staff is amazing too. They are so professional and on top of everything but also caring. I had to put my dog to sleep last weekend so I went into the office to update the office and they all teared up with me and couldn’t have been more supportive.

Everyone has been so friendly and helpful with all my crazy requests. But seems to me that y’all have a pretty good team. Really the only concern I have rite now is how crazy busy this place is going to become as all the units are finishing up and folks moving in. I hope not, but may be a lot of traffic coming soon.

Clean, quiet, and beautiful complex. Love the duplex’s and small backyard. Being around the lake brings great views! The pool area is my favorite! Plus very dog friendly with dog parks and dog bath area, even a doggy door in every apartment!

It's feels more like home here than living in a big apartment complex. The weight is gone from your shoulders and it so peaceful and relaxing with the atmosphere here. I only been here for less than a month but I would recommend this style living to any family out there. The people at this community are so friendly and talkative. You honestly feel AT HOME here. Love it.
