The entire team is terrific! Everyone goes the extra mile to help the tenants with any situation. My battery died in my door lock while I was away so my catsitter couldn't get in. I got a call from the office to get permission to let her in and they put a new battery in! That is great service!!

To me these are more than apartments they are more like a home environment large rooms large windows large kitchens high ceilings the grounds are immaculate the amenities are top-notch. We couldn't be happier with our decision to live here.

Very Clean, Cute & Friendly Community. Has a very Townhome, Bungalow Feel which is very appealing! I feel right at home! They do fun events for residents, like food trucks, bingo, drive-thru breakfasts and more!

Tides is a beautiful place! From the apartment to the amenities. Feels like you’re on a vacation and at home at the same time. The apartments have great lighting and great storage! Our dogs get to sunbathe daily with our in home dog door. Love our new home!

It’s so quiet and peaceful you would think no one lives here yet, but people are out walking or just enjoying the outdoors and yet it’s still quiet. The grounds are kept so clean and the communication from the office is incredible!

Staying at this apartment complex has been an exceptional experience! Nestled by the serene lake, our cottage-style apartment feels like a cozy retreat. I really like the location. The area is kept clean and the maintenance folks are friendly. The bungalow is much nicer than a normal apartment. I enjoy the light with all the windows and the fact that I have a small yard and back door.

My move in was such a breeze! I went to the office, signed for my keys and was briefed on everything in my welcome packet. Got my gate fob and started unpacking the truck. Then it was so simple to remove all of my moving boxes in a great big area with a trash compactor and garbage bins. I got Spectrum to come the very first day and now I can play music! Wow!!!

The Tides have been a dream come true. Everyone we dealt with and continue to deal with is absolutely wonderful. Emily, Em, Alex, Vinnie, Raphael. They are kind and attentive and are always working their hardest to make sure everyone is taken care of. From the home to the pool, the gym, and the grounds, everything is so well kept and meticulously thought about. I can’t thank The Tides enough for the home they have helped to provide!

My roommate and I have absolutely loved living here. All of our neighbors have been so awesome and we have made many friends easily here. The fire pit and pool have quickly become our favorite amenities. The staff has been great and our maintenance is on top of it. They do fun little events here and it truly feels like home. The home has high ceilings and lots of storage.

We just moved into The Tides and couldn’t be happier. Not only are the views amazing…the office staff is amazing too. They are so professional and on top of everything but also caring. I had to put my dog to sleep last weekend so I went into the office to update the office and they all teared up with me and couldn’t have been more supportive.

Clean, quiet, and beautiful complex. Love the duplex’s and small backyard. Being around the lake brings great views! The pool area is my favorite! Plus very dog friendly with dog parks and dog bath area, even a doggy door in every apartment!

It's feels more like home here than living in a big apartment complex. The weight is gone from your shoulders and it so peaceful and relaxing with the atmosphere here. I only been here for less than a month but I would recommend this style living to any family out there. The people at this community are so friendly and talkative. You honestly feel AT HOME here.
